The general terms and conditions of sale
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Nuellia, a company specialising in the sale of food supplements, and its customers. All orders placed on our website are subject to these GTC.
2. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By placing an order on our website, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully before finalising your order.
3. Orders
You can place an order on our website by following the steps indicated. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Nuellia reserves the right to cancel any order if the product ordered is unavailable.
4. Price and payment
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (EUR and USD) and are valid as long as they are visible on the website. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Accepted payment methods are credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are generally 3 to 9 working days for international country. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the User is informed that they do not have a right of withdrawal for food supplements in the following cases:
- Supplements are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- The supplements have been unsealed by the User after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Apart from these exceptions, the User generally has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of full payment of the order for any product or supplement that does not fall under the above cases. This right can be exercised free of charge by sending, before the expiry of the deadline, a clear statement expressing the desire to withdraw, to the email address indicated in our contact details.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, after acceptance by Nuellia, the Customer must return the product in its original packaging and condition, new, unused and unopened (seal intact), with its original label. All return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable shipping method to obtain proof of dispatch and receipt. This will protect the Customer in the event of loss or damage during transport.
After receiving and checking the returned products, Nuellia will refund the corresponding amounts, including all payments received for the order in question, in accordance with legal provisions.
7. Statutory warranties
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L. 217-4 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
8. Liability
Nuellia shall only be liable for direct and foreseeable damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. We cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages.
9. Protection of personal data

10. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
11. Amendments to the GTC
Nuellia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of publication of the new Terms and Conditions.
