Because your satisfaction is our absolute priority, we want your experience with Nuellia to mean peace of mind. In accordance with current legislation, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the receipt of your products.
How to exercise this right?
Simply contact us kindly at contact@nuellia.com stating your decision. The products must be returned to us in their original state (unopened, sealed) for hygiene and safety reasons, given their nature (food supplements). Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will proceed with the refund of your order.
